We are based in Nottingham and deliver anywhere in the UK.

How are goods being stored?

Depending on the goods, they are being stored on a smart shelving system, Pallets, and Picking Totes.

Do I have to update or upload data daily? 

No, you do not. With our system in place, everything will be updated automatically regularly during the day.

What marketplaces can you integrate with? 

There are more than 100 integrations with online stores such as Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, and others. We also have API and EDI capabilities.

 

What are your signup/setup fees?

No, there are no signup or setup fees.

 

Do you require minimum orders per month?

No, we do not require MOQ, but our minimum service invoice for DTC service is "" per month. If the total charges relating to your monthly activity are less than "", we will round up our invoice to "".

Are your facilities equipped with high docks? Do you accept 20’/40’ containers?

Yes, We accept any size of inventory from box to 40’ containers.

 

Can I track my inventory stored at your warehouses?

Yes, You have 24/7 online access to our advanced software where you can track your inventory along with creating inbound/outbound orders.

 

Do you provide EDI connections?

Yes, we can connect to almost any retailer

Do you handle returns?

Yes, we do offer such a service. Sellable/unsellable, Assembly required/no assembly required, and additional sorts of sorting as required.
